Repercussion of Conventional Complete Mandibular Denture Versus Single Implant Over-Denture on Retention and Biting Force

 Material methods
 Eight completely edentulous patients were selected. A inserted at symphysis left to osseointergrate. During osseointegration period fabricated inserted. Retention measured insertion 3 months service. After attachment connected, space formed fitting surface existing mandibular silicon placed. follow-up. Data collected statistically analyzed.
 Results:
 The mean values 2.420±0.360, however over-denture 6.395±0.289. F=3.80 with statically significance difference between groups P <0.01. 52.62±2.71, 71.45±2.73. F= 1.790 insignificance >0.01
 Conclusion:
 Single overdenture improved when compared denture, has quality life happiness.
